Apartment houses
4- and 6-bed apartments (2 extra beds can be added)
13 family resort houses were built for families from which 10 is with 2 bedrooms, living-room, kitchen for 4+2 persons, and 3 cottages with 3 rooms for 6+2 persons.
The houses offer similar facilities as the hotel rooms. The sofa in the sitting room can be converted into a full-blown bed, thus the house can accommodate even 6 people.
The facilities and services of the main building can be used by the guests living in the cottages, too.
4-person apartment houses (62 m2), one of them is barrier-free.
Two bedrooms: in one of them there is a king bed, in the other twin beds (non-folding). In the corridor there is a built-in wardrobe. In the 24 m2 living room there is a kitchenette with refrigerator, gas hob, microwave oven and all common kitchen utensils. In the living room stands a cosy working fireplace (except for the barrier-free house). Firewood and kindling for the fireplace are provided for an extra cost. The houses also have a 16 m2 terrace with wooden garden furniture.
If you come to relax, recharge, or to hold conferences here, you will hardly be disappointed.

6-person apartment houses (86 m2)
Three bedrooms: one of them has a king bed, while the other two twin beds (non-folding). There is a wardrobe opening from the corridors. The suite of furniture in the 32 m2 sitting room can be converted into a full-blown bed, thus the house can accommodate a bigger family or even 2 families. In the living room there is a kitchenette with refrigerator, gas hob, microwave oven and all common kitchen utensils.
In the sitting room there is also a fireplace, just as in the small lodge apartments, which can be used with firewood and kindling provided for an extra cost. The houses also have an 18 m2 terrace with wooden garden furniture. The houses offer similar facilities as the hotel rooms.

The hotel and apartment houses opened in 2006 offer undisturbed relaxation and wellness for the whole family.
The hotel has double rooms, family rooms and apartment houses.
Dogs are only welcome in the apartment houses so in our description we focus on these.
There are 27 rooms with twin beds in the main building and 4 apartments with 4 beds with large balconies with beautiful view to Bükk Mountains and the village.
Apartment houses: 13 family resort houses were built for families from which 10 is with 2 bedrooms, living-room, kitchen for 4+2 persons, and 3 cottages with 3 rooms for 6+2 persons.
The facilities and services of the main building can be used by the guests living in the cottages, too.
In the wellness section the following services will be available: Finnish saunas, steam cabin, aroma cell, salt-cabin infra-sauna, Jacuzzi, and finally an outdoor pool which can be covered.
In the Fitness section a squash court and a fitness room with 6 multifunctional fitness machine, table tennis, etc.
Restaurant: is developed for the inmate guests' meals. The restaurant together with the conference room is suitable for programs, conferences for 140 people. On the terrace, with a favourite drink or meal you can enjoy the harmony of meals' taste and the closeness of nature. Outside there is an open-air terrace for 100 persons, where the smell of grilled trout will spread over in the summer nights.
Playground: a modern play-ground was developed on 250 m2 for children to afford unique experiences during the holidays.
Relax Park: outside jacuzzi, sauna hut for 25 people, tennis court, huge terrace with furnaces, partyplace under the field, mini-golf.
Other facilities: bike-rental, hiking, riding, promenade, conference rooms. etc.
Outside pool ground
A waveless pool of 15 x 7 m (can be covered depending on the weather), with 25-28°C water temperature. Depth: 1-1.5 m. Interconnected with the inner wellness area it can be used in all seasons.
Saunas (Finnish, steam, infra)
- Finnish sauna in the wellness area: for 6 persons. Dipping in a 10-degree cold water is provided by a plunge pool.
Steam sauna: for 4 persons, with bottom steam inflow, its entire surface is mosaic tiled. - Infra-sauna with phototherapy: 6 persons can stay inside at the same time.
- Forest wood-panelled sauna house: Accessible from the hotel’s wellness area through the open air. 8 people can enjoy the sauna.
Inhalation chamber, salt chamber
- Inhalation chamber: wild flowers picked from woods and meadows hang from the wooden beams of the ceiling. A pleasing, aromatic air aids full relaxation.
- Salt chamber: To clear and regenerate respiratory tracts 1.5 m3 salt is placed in the cabin. After staying inside for 30-40 minutes you will feel that your respiratory tracts are cleaner and your lung capacity is greater.
Jacuzzi
Flowing air and water provides simultaneous experience of spine, back and foot massage for 8 persons. It has a temperature of 34 °C.
Covered baby paddling pool
A baby paddling pool in the inner wellness area can be used up to the age of 3. Depth: 20-25 cm, with a temperature of 35 °C.
Squash court
1 squash court also certified for competitions is available for our sport-loving guests. The court may only be used with ‘non-marking’ type of overshoes!
Gym
There are 2 treadmills, ellipticals, exercise bikes, weights and a multi-functional lifting machine. The cardio equipment is professional.
Relaxation space:
Premises accommodating 10 persons adjoining the wellness area. In fair weather sun beds and chairs are provided for relaxation around the poolside.
Nordic Walking
Why not try Nordic Walking also in Szilvásvárad? Hotel guests have the opportunity to make use of the specialized and professional poles necessary for this sport, which is free of charge.
Bicycle rental
The type of bicycles available for rental is GT Avalanche. Men's, women's and bicycles with child’s seats are also available for rent.
Table tennis
Table tennis both indoor and outdoor is free of charge.
Solarium
A standing solarium turns those murkier days more colourful.

Do not leave your pet at home! The hotel, as a dog-friendly resort welcomes your four-legged friend, too. You can bring your dog with you to the apartment houses.
The surroundings of the hotel offer various excursion routes for smaller and bigger walks.
Please accept that the in restaurant and the wellness area dogs are not allowed because of healthcare requirements. Do not leave your dog unattended and please walk on leash and use muzzle (in case of unpredictable dogs) in the hotel area.
Surcharge for dogs: for small dogs: 3.500,- HUF/dog/night, for medium and big dogs: 4.500,- HUF/dog/night.
